  Oswald R. Viva, CMC

During his career in Corporate America, Oswald has worked in large and small companies and directed organizations and complete ventures in the highest positions.  He has served as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Acting Chief Financial Officer, Chief Quality Officer, President, Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President, General Manager and other responsible positions. While most of his career was spent in the high-tech industry, he also has valuable experience in the service and retail industries. He participated in eight start-ups and has served in the Board of Directors of seven companies.   Oswald is an Executive Coach and Mentor and consults in areas of strategic planning and organizational development.  He founded his management consulting firm, V&A Management, LLC, in 1985 and has limited his practice to small and mid-size businesses since 1996.

  Steven Smolinsky

Steve Smolinsky is President of Benari LTD which he co-founded in 1982. Benari is a consultancy providing marketing, branding, business development, corporate strategy, and executive advisory services. Benari also provides transition and advisory services to family companies. Clients range from emerging companies to multinationals.  He is co-founder of Conversation on Networking, a business providing products and services to improve networking and business relationship development. In addition, Steve is Professional Faculty and Africa Region Manager for the Wharton Global Consulting Practicum program of The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania and Consulting Professor National University of Singapore. His book Conversation on Networking was recently published and wrote the national newsletter for Big Brothers Big Sisters of America as well as a manual for Bigs.
