This survey is part of our workshop on September 26, 2007 at The Enterprise Center, Mt. Laurel, NJ. This will give us some insight as to your unique issues regarding your employees plus give you a head start in preparation for the workshop.

By completing the survey you will be automatically registered to attend. You will receive confirmation of your registration.

Complete the following as you see your organization actually “IS” not how you would like it to be. Individual and group answers will be discussed during the briefing. Answer “YES” or “NO” and then indicate your “Priority” for that issue as a part of your Human Resource Management Strategy.

The workshop will help you determine what ‘Action Plans’ you need to take for each of those question and the sources of assistance that are available.
