Membership Qualifications

Membership is by invitation only (link to Membership Process) after the prospective members are qualified by a TAB Certified Facilitator. Qualification includes the following:

Members must be owners, Presidents, CEO or Managing Partners. Titles are not important but they must be the decision makers.
Experience in the business world, as measured by years of management and business experience.
Length of business ownership.
Knowledge of business and management matters.
Education, formal or informal.
Personality; ability to interact with peers and to “get along with others”.
Willingness and capability to give and receive advice from others.
Business non-competitive with other businesses represented in the Board.
Desire to improve the business and to move it to the next level.

To maintain active membership status the following are required:

Attendance to a minimum of 75% of Board meetings
Active participation at the Board meetings.
To follow the directions of the Board.
Demonstrated effort in implementing Board’s recommendations, if accepted by the member.
