Private Coaching Sessions

Once a month each member has a private coaching session with his/her Facilitator. These are considered the “member’s meetings” and as such, the members decide how to use them.

Typically they are used for the Facilitator to help the member with issues discussed at the previous Board meeting, or implement ideas or suggestions given by the Board to the member, or to prepare the issues that the member wants to bring up to the Board at the next meeting. However, they can also be used for many different purposes, such as:

Develop a strategic plan, marketing plan, sales plan.

Assist with organizational development issues.

Work with the management team in solving problems.

Prioritize business needs.

Develop a personal development plan.

Help to balance personal and business life.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements or plans.

Any other issue that can use the expertise of the Facilitator.

TAB membership will help you save money, improve productivity, and improve your company’s success!
